FLIGHTS
The main airport in Phoenix is Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). It is a 30 minute drive to North Scottsdale. Phoenix-Mesa Gateway airport is an alternate option in the valley. Taxi, Uber and Lyft are all readily available.

LODGING
We recommend staying in North Scottsdale to be close to wedding activities, otherwise Old Town Scottsdale is a great alternative. Both offer superb dining and shopping locations. While there are many hotels and resorts to chose from, also know there is a plethora of AirBNB and VRBO options available as well.

ARIZONA ACTIVITIES
Phoenix, Arizona in November is absolutely prime; we will be putting in a request for that beautiful average high of 75 and 49 as our average low (brrr, that is chilly for us thin blooded locals!). With sunrise due at 7am and sunset around 5:30pm this gives ample time for getting in some classic Arizona hiking. Our go-to hike in the valley is the Gateway Loop Trail. For a more challenging hike we invite you to try your luck at Camelback Mountain’s trails; Echo Canyon or Cholla. Don’t worry, snakes will all be in hibernation so you can focus on your saguaro cactus photography! You’ll notice flying in that you can’t throw a stone in the valley without hitting a golf course, our prized possession here in the desert. If hiking or golfing isn’t your thing be sure to bring a swimsuit for some poolside relaxation, also a must while visiting many of our Resort Spa’s. As mentioned, we have tons of great dining in Scottsdale. Some favorites include anything owned by Fox Restaurant Concepts; The Greene House, Culinary Dropout, Zinburger, Olive & Ivy, The Henry, Blanco Tacos. More favorites include Postino, The Vig, The Living Room or True Food Kitchen and this list doesn’t even begin to touch all the options in Old Town. Top shopping locations are Kierland Commons + Scottsdale Quarter or Scottsdale Fashion Square. Should you have time to get out of town for a day trip we highly recommend seeing the beautiful red rocks of Sedona (2 hour drive) or venturing to our natural wonder of the world, The Grand Canyon (3.5 hour drive).
